See the highlights of Warsaw during a 4 hours tour - with me, by car and walking.

Warsaw is a green and clean town, so you will be taken to Lazienki Park (18th century) where you can stroll and admire palaces and pavilions hidden in thick greenery. Drive along Royal Route, almost completely rebuilt after WWII in its previous historical design. Walk in Warsaw Old Town, also rebuilt to its previous style, and put on the UNESCO cultural heritage list as the only place not original but reconstructed. See the house where Madame Curie was born, and where Chopin lived. We will also visit what was once the ghetto area.

With me you will see great contrasts of pre-war Warsaw, districts kept in socialistic-realistic style and recently constructed modern downtown called sometimes Warsaw Manhattan. And what about Warsaw Prague - on the right bank of the Vistula river, where a traditional bazaar still functions and where the famous film "The Pianist" by Polanski was made.

Warszawa is the capital city of Poland, the biggest town in our country, political, economical and bussiness centre. It is lively and vivid, getting more and more interesting every year.

But the most fascinating about Warszawa is its history. Warszawa went out of World War II totally ruined and in less than 20 years it was already rebuilt, reborn like a phoenix from ashes. Of course it got a completely different shape in terms of architecture but also in terms of the city spirit. You can still visit Starówka, where you can look for the remnants of old Warszawa but you can also find here many examples of social realism architecture and modern investments. Present and future merge to form an interesting urban space.

One day tour from Krakow to Warszawa gives you a chance just to have a sneak peek but still you can get an overall idea of what Warszawa is like. It takes 2,5 hour by a comfortable train to get to capital city. We will spend the entire day exploring the town.
